I’m not good with Spanish but I gathered you got some virus on your flash drive? Sorry to hear that but you may need to contact HP for that. Or try one of the virus removal tutorials on the net:

Tony, if you’re confused just go with the one that appeals to you the most visually. If that one doesn’t happen to fulfill your needs just go with the next visual favorite. At least that’s the strategy that works for myself.
