Givara, is this a new device or were you able to use it before? Did you try plugging the stick into another USB port or computer? If the PQI U172 doesnt work there either you should definitely contact PQI customer service: PQI support

my USB flash PQI U172P 16G.B doesn’t work on any computer when i put it in any PC i tried with all windows systems XP,Vista, WIN7 with different computers it still not working, it gives me that it search for drivers like any USB flash but in the end it says: ” USB Device not recognized
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it for assistance in solving this problem, click this message”
and when i click on this message ir gives me that the usb:” Unknown Device”
i wish you can help me in my problem.

I have got one of these and find just having it attached to my keys makes life so much easier. They are good little devices

Good design, but i have experience using PQI U172 much trouble. I don’t know why, data transfer can’t work well. Then I took it to the computer store where I bought this PQI. after waiting a while I get a new PQI replace with the same type. But after a few days use, I experienced the same problem. Why be like this?
